In the way many of our client relationships begin, SFA Marketing was asked to tackle one project: the launch of a new service component that was vital to Nihon Kohden’s business. We assisted with naming, branding and writing of a brochure for Nihon Kohden’s new customer support system EnSurance.
At the same time, Nihon Kohden had previously engaged another agency to develop their new brand guidelines and aesthetic. The problem was, this company was unable to execute Nihon Kohden’s vision on a tactical level. Frustrated by their attempts, Nihon Kohden turned to SFA Marketing to execute. Following new brand guidelines, SFA provided a wide range of templated designs for brochures, data sheets, social media, and presentations. SFA also designed the look and site architecture of the new Nihon Kohden website, which included templates for every different kind of page, 100+ pages of copy, and optimizing the navigation and user experience.
