B2B Marketing: Seaboard Folding Box
Another long-time private equity partner of ours asked SFA to help with rebranding one of their portfolio companies. Seaboard Folding Box, outside of Boston, is a full-service provider of custom structural packaging with extensive design, pre-press, printing and finishing capabilities. For six decades, Seaboard has maintained a strong reputation in a highly competitive industry. SFA was brought in to help refresh Seaboard’s corporate identity and website to reflect the company’s quality, reliability and rapid turnaround times.
SFA worked with our private equity partner and Seaboard’s management team to develop a new company identity, tagline, responsive website and related marketing materials that better reflected the company’s impressive capabilities. The new website will also help with mobile search, a critical component in a competitive landscape.
SFA conducted market and competitive research, and interviewed several of Seaboard’s staff members to identify key differentiators including the company’s commitment to maintaining an extensive inventory of raw material – an investment that makes them faster and more reliable than other businesses in their industry. The company’s new site (www.seaboardbox.com) launched in spring 2015.
