CIRCOR is firmly committed to operational excellence through the alignment of people, processes and technology. When the company underwent a rebranding process, it was only natural that the internal marketing be as important as the external.

SFA Marketing developed a singular, streamlined brand identity and hierarchical approach to the corporate entity and three separate divisions. In addition to a wide range of external marketing initiatives, SFA created an internal launch communications program to support all employees through the transition.
